Bodden concentrates the majority of his practice litigating on behalf of individuals who have been injured or wronged in serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. Admitted to practice in Florida and a member of The Florida Bar since 1996, he is also sanctioned to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District Court of Florida, and the U.S. District Court, Middle District Court of Florida.

A personal injury attorney, Mr. Bodden is a member of The Florida Justice Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Caribbean Bar Association.

He serves the community in many capacities, including as past chairman of the board for the Jamaicans of the Palm Beaches, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing employment opportunities, education and health assistance to impoverished citizens. He is also an active member of Caribbean-American for Community Involvement (CAFCI), whose primary purpose and objectives are to create an atmosphere and sponsor events that lead to respect and mutual understanding among the many ethnic groups in the local community. Mr. Bodden is also a member of the American Association for Justice & the Florida Justice Association.

Mr. Bodden earned his Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center.
