Myriam Y. Pagán, Esq., an associate at Ellis, Ged, & Bodden, P.A., concentrates on representing personal injury victims as well as representing medical providers in personal injury protection claims (PIP). Having represented many clients whose lives have been devastated by a sudden injury or loss, Ms. Pagán has the unique ability to address each client’s issues and concerns not only from a legal perspective but from the myriad of emotional aspects that are involved as well.
She served as the Philanthropy Director for the Brevard County Association for Women Lawyers and is a member of the Brevard County Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Pagán was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida and attained her Bachelor’s of Art in English Literature from the Ivy League college of Columbia University in New York City graduating with honors in English Literature.
