Marc L. Bebergal concentrates in representing people who have been injured by the negligence of others. Mr. Bebergal's experience in both prosecuting and defending personal injury cases makes him uniquely qualified. He joined Ellis, Ged & Bodden P.A. in the beginning of 2001. Since then, Mr. Bebergal has won verdicts and settlements totaling thousands of dollars for his clients.

Mr. Bebergal contributes a great deal of his personal time to our community. As a Guardian Ad-Litem from 1997 - 2004, he served as a voice for abused and neglected children. He also served as a director of four homeowners' associations.

Mr. Bebergal is a member of the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

A resident of Florida since 1985, he received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.
