Attorney Marc L. Bebergal specializes in the representation of individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. He joined Ellis, Ged & Bodden P.A. in the beginning of 2001. His practice emphasizes the handling of automobile negligence and premises liability cases. His philanthropic involvement exemplifies our firm's mission to help and serve members of the local community. As an active Guardian Ad-Litem from 1997 2004, he served as a voice for abused and neglected children in the community. Today he continues to exhibit tireless dedication to the South Florida community by volunteering his time to a variety of worthy causes, including lending his expertise and advice while serving in the capacities of both officer and director for four local homeowners associations in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Mr. Bebergal is a Bar member of the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is also a member of American Bar Association, The Florida Bar and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

A resident of Florida since 1985, he received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.
