Carlos A. Bodden, a partner at Ellis, Ged & Bodden, P.A., concentrates the majority of his practice litigating on behalf of individuals who have been injured or wronged in serious and personal injury law and wrongful death matters. Admitted to practice in Florida and a member of the Florida Bar since 1996, he is also sanctioned to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District Court of Florida, and the United States District Court, Middle District Court of Florida.
Personal injury attorney, Mr. Bodden is a member of The Florida Justice Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Caribbean Bar Association.
He serves the community in many capacities including a past Chairman of the Board for the Jamaicans of the Palm Beaches, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing employment opportunities, education and health assistance to impoverished citizens. He is also an active member of Caribbean-American for Community Involvement (CAFCI), which their primary purpose and objectives are to create an atmosphere and sponsor events that lead to respect and mutual understanding among the ethnic groups in our community. In addition, Mr. Bodden is a member of the American Association for justice & the Florida Justice Association.
Mr. Bodden earned his Bachelor of Arts from Florida Atlantic University and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center.
