David S. Ged is of-counsel to Ellis, Ged, & Bodden, P.A. and the founder of David S. Ged, P.A. with law offices in Naples and Cape Coral. Mr. Ged has been practicing law for over 18 years, his primary areas of practice are real estate, personal injury and business law. David S. Ged is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida and he is also sanctioned to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District Court of Florida and Middle District Court of Florida. Mr. Ged is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and also a member of the Collier County Bar Association and Lee County Bar Association. Before returning to Florida, Mr. Ged practiced law in Massachusetts from 1992 to 2004 and served as a lecturer and active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association from 1996 through 2003.

David S. Ged is a proud Florida Gator, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Florida in 1987. He attended law school at the New England School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1992.

Mr. Ged has also served as Co-Chair for the Collier County Red Cross Heroes Campaign from 2008 - 2010. In addition, Mr. Ged is a proud and active member of the University of Florida Alumni Association and staunch supporter of Gator athletics.
