Patrick W. Lawlor is an experienced trial lawyer who has rejoined Ellis, Ged & Bodden P.A., after years of gaining invaluable experience as a solo practitioner. Mr. Lawlor is recognized as a passionate and dedicated individual, who has been helping those that have been injured to obtain justice since 1993. His career spans a broad range of litigation that includes cases involving Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Product Liability and Maritime Law.
Mr. Lawlor brings more than 16 years of trial experience to the firm. He has tried over 140 civil jury trials with an impressive record of successful verdicts and settlements. Whether he is handling a complicated personal injury case or a trip and fall involving public property, Mr. Lawlor is always prepared to give his all to his clients. As a result of his courtroom successes, Mr. Lawlor has collected millions of dollars for his clients. .
Patrick W. Lawlor's activities out of the office are equally impressive. He competes in triathlons and is a coach for the Boca Star Baseball team. Mr. Lawlor gives back to the community by volunteering his time at the Boys and Girls Club, and giving back to some of the local universities in our area such as the FAU and USF Foundations.
Mr. Lawlor, a 1992 graduate of the prestigious Nova Southeastern Law School, is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, U.S Appeals Court, 11th Circuit Court; U.S. District Court and the Southern District court. Additionally Mr. Lawlor is an AV rated Attorney by Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating a lawyer can be given. Additionally, Mr. Lawlor is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocate, The Florida Justice Association, The Palm Beach & Broward Justice Association, the Palm Beach and Broward County Bar Associations and The Sports Lawyers Association.
