As an attorney with Ellis, Ged & Bodden P.A. since September 2005, Mr. Marius “Marty” J. Ged  leads the Real Estate, Estate Planning and Corporate Business Transaction Department.

Admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey, Mr. Ged is an active member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of Florida Bar. The Young Lawyers Section and American Inns of Court. Currently he is an active member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and is active with the organizations’ Young Business Professionals. A humanitarian at heart, Mr. Ged is dedicated to helping those facing adversity and crisis. He volunteered for the American Red Cross in New York City post September 11th.

Mr. Ged earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and is a graduate of Muhlenberg College, where he played Varsity Football. A resident of Parkland, Florida, Mr. Ged was a finalist in the ABA South East Region Client Counseling Competition and was a member of the Public Interests Law Society. While earning his J.D., Mr. Ged served as a legal intern for the fifteenth judicial circuit of Palm Beach County.
